We are deeply united in our efforts to protect lives and grateful for the careful choices of everyone in our community to end the spread of COVID-19. Our operations reflect our concern for the world and for you. Therefore, we have implemented rigorous best practice standards during this turbulent time.

- Our lab has always maintained very stringent internal cleaning and sanitation polices that go above and beyond what is required by GMP certification and will continue to do so with even more frequency to ensure a safe working environment. We have also implemented limited work hours which continue to ensure the safety of our lab and warehouse employees.
- We are working around the clock to fulfill orders in a timely manner, but due to the current demands placed on our fulfillment centers and carriers there may be delays in receiving your order. Your patience is appreciated during this unprecedented time as shipment delays are outside of our control.
- Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily suspend international orders due to complications with international shipping as a consequence of Covid-19. We greatly appreciate your support and intend to resume international shipments as soon as it is feasible to do so.
