    Looking for a nutrient-dense snack that takes less than 5 minutes to make? Kelly Ohnona from has you covered with this fudgy nut butter treat that is full of healthy fats and delicious flavor.


    • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
    • 1/4 cup coconut oil 
    • 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
    • 1 pinch of salt (optional)


    1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, or you can use small individual muffin cups or molds.
    2. On stovetop, melt all ingredients until well blended.
    3. Pour into pan (or individual cups/molds) and freeze until set, around 30 minutes.
    4. Cut into squares, or remove from molds.
    5. Store in freezer.
