Chocolate pudding with goji berries and cocao nibs on top

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Perfect for breakfast or as a healthy dessert, this Chocolate Chia pudding is topped with superfoods to charge you up for the day ahead.

Serves 1

Approx. 350 calories per serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon dried coconut
  • 1 teaspoons cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop Alaya Multi Collagen Powder, optional

Directions:

  1. Place milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, pinch salt, and maple syrup into a medium size mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Place bowl in fridge and let sit a minimum of 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
  3. Remove and top with coconut, goji berries, and cacao nibs.
