Jillian's Go-To Breakfast Bowls


Who doesn't love a fast and easy breakfast? Here are 2 of Jillian Michaels' favorite go-to breakfast bowls.

 

Peanut Butter Love Smoothie Bowl
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack organic mixed frozen berries
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla collagen
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon dried coconut shreds (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
  •  

Directions:

  1. Put banana, berries, milk, and collagen into a blender. Blend 'till smooth!
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut, and peanut butter. Enjoy!

 

Nutty Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of organic instant oatmeal (your flavor of choice)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon 
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pecans
  • ¼ cup organic blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon super seed blend (with chia, flax, hemp seeds)
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen

Directions:

  1. Put milk and oatmeal in bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. 
  2. Remove from microwave and add in cinnamon, seed mix and collagen. Stir thoroughly. 
  3. Top with blueberries and pecans. Enjoy!
