Maple-Coconut Overnight Oats (with Protein)

This creamy, nutrient-packed overnight oats recipe is a delicious way to fuel your morning with sustained energy. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and rich in fiber, healthy fats, and protein, it combines shredded coconut, chia seeds for omega-3s, and protein powder for muscle support. Just mix, refrigerate overnight, and wake up to a wholesome, ready-to-eat breakfast topped with fresh banana slices.

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats

  • 1 Scoop of Multi-Collagen (for mild, unflavored protein boost) OR 1 scoop of Grass-Fed Whey  (for high-protein, vanilla kick)

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 2 Tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ¼ cup water

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla 

  • pinch of coarse sea salt

  • ½ medium banana


Directions: 

  1. In a mason jar (or storage container), combine all ingredients except for the banana.

  2. Mix and place in a refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, mix again, top with banana, and enjoy.
