Ingredients:
SWEET CARROT CHIPS
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon raw brown sugar
SPICY CARROT CHIPS
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
- 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine carrots in bowl with all ingredients. Toss well to coat.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
