    This smoothie is not only packed with nutrients from the spinach, cucumber, pineapple, and avocado but also enhanced with collagen, which helps support healthy skin, hair, and joints. It's perfect for a rejuvenating start to your day or as a refreshing snack during the springtime!


    • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
    • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
    • 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Unflavored Multi Collagen powder
    • 1 cup Milk of choice (unsweetened)
    • Juice of 1/2 lime
    • Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten (if desired)
    • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


    1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash the spinach leaves, cucumber, and mint leaves thoroughly. Peel and chop the cucumber. Cut the pineapple into chunks. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
    2. Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, pineapple chunks, avocado, mint leaves, collagen powder, lime juice, and coconut water or almond milk.
