Decided to try the multi collagen and find it does make a difference with my nails! I’m grateful for the other benefits albeit subtle. I will continue. I also like the multi vitamins and appreciate the clean product commitment from Alaya Naturals!

I’ve been using the Advanced Synbiotic for a few months now since my recent flare of diverticulitis.
I’ve read some studies suggesting that probiotics, especially those that contain the lactobacillus reuteri, can help reduce flares so I gave them a try.
I definitely feel less bloated since starting them. Hopefully, I will continue to feel better.
