    Crafted by Chef Kelly Ohnona, this 5 minute power smoothie is full of antioxidants and protein, and is the perfect combo of taste + nutrition.

    Serves: 1
    • 1 serving Alaya Naturals Whey Protein powder
    • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (or water)
    • 1 cup mixed berries
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1/2 cup toppings such as granola, puffed quinoa, dried fruits and nuts


    1. Blend all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender.
    2. Serve in a large bowl and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
