A healthy vegan alternative to chocolate ice cream that feels just as indulgent!

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pure cocoa powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 to 1 cup of brown sugar (depends on your sweetness preference)
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar and water in a pot on medium heat.
- Add the cocoa powder slowly into the pot and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add the pinch of salt along with the chocolate. Mix well until chocolate is dissolved.
- Let cool completely and store in fridge for 2 hours.
- When chilled, add to an ice cream maker or a food processor and process until smooth. When done processing, add the cacao nibs.
- Store in freezer and enjoy!
